The offer

Low-voltage LED, complimentary on all new deck projects this fall.

Typical package value $2,400–$4,800. Existing decks: lighting-only work is 20% off labor through the same date.

Complimentary

Design and installation of the lighting package on every new deck booked by November 30. Transformer, wiring, fixtures, dusk tune.

Complementary

Layout is drawn with the joists, stairs, and fire-pit — not clipped on after. Warm 2700K throughout, never in your eyes.

The window

Book this fall so wiring lives in the frame before the ground sets. Landscape work that misses freeze is scheduled for the first workable day.

A finished project

The night, designed in.

Octagonal gathering deck, stair run, path, and landscape — all one 12-volt system. Warm 2700K. No string lights.

Day structure · night performance

The fixtures disappear. The light does not.

Inset lights sit in the picture-frame border and the fire-pit octagon. By day they read as hardware. After dark they become the drawing.

What goes in

A professional 12-volt system. Not a box of path lights.

Warm 2700K LEDs

The same color temperature as candlelight and most interior lamps. No blue-white glare.

True low-voltage

12-volt professional landscape wiring, buried or framed in, with a sized transformer and photocell.

Drawn with the deck

Fixture layout happens in the same plan as joists, stairs, and the fire-pit ring — not as an afterthought.

Dusk tune

We come back after dark, aim, dim, and leave you with a simple on/off and timer.

  1. 01

    Site walk

Forty-five minutes on the property. We mark paths, stairs, gathering spots, and the trees that deserve light.

  2. 02

    One plan

Lighting is drawn into the deck construction set. Wiring lives in the frame, not stapled on later.

  3. 03

    Build & set

Fixtures go in as the boards, rails, and stone go down. Transformer, photocell, and clean terminations.

  4. 04

    Night finish

A dusk visit to aim, dim, and walk the property with you. The special is complete when it looks right after dark.

Build your package

Light the zones that belong on your deck.

The fall special covers a full complementary package on new decks, up to $4,800. Deselect anything you do not need — we still size the transformer to what remains.

Questions

Before you book.

What does complimentary actually cover?

On every new deck project booked by November 30, we design and install a professional low-voltage LED package complementary to the architecture — and complementary to your invoice. Typical value is $2,400–$4,800 depending on size. Transformer, wiring, fixtures, and a dusk tune are included.

We already have a deck. Can we just add lighting?

Yes. Existing decks and landscapes are 20% off labor this fall. We route low-voltage with care, use surface and inset fixtures where the structure allows, and match warm 2700K throughout.

Will it look like the photos?

Those are a finished Designer Decks Pa project — octagonal gathering deck, stair run, path, and landscape. Your plan will be specific to your house, but the language is the same: warm, low, and architectural. No string lights. No blue flood.

How long does installation take?

On a new deck, lighting is built into the construction calendar — it does not add a separate week. Lighting-only on an existing deck is typically one to three days, plus a dusk tune.

What happens if we miss the freeze?

Book by November 30 to lock the special. If weather stops landscape work, fixtures that live in the deck still go in; yard lighting is scheduled for the first workable window. The complimentary package is yours either way.

Can we dim it or put it on a timer?

Yes. Every package includes a photocell and timer. Dimming and simple app control are available as an add-on, still on the same 12-volt system.
